How long will it take to get my order?

Because we are committed to sustainability and reducing waste, every single piece of apparel at .FIG. is custom-printed and manufactured specifically for you the moment you place your order.

 Production Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your items to be printed and packed.

 Shipping Time: Once your order leaves our facility, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 6 business days depending on your location.

 You will receive a tracking link via email the exact second your order ships!

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we focus on delivering the highest quality service domestically within the United States. We hope to expand worldwide soon!

How do I get my free Keychain and Magnet?

To claim your launch gifts, you must complete two simple steps:

1. Create a verified store account on our website before making a purchase.

2. Log into that account at checkout and apply your unique welcome code.

Our automated fulfillment system will recognize your member profile and instantly bundle your custom .FIG. KeyChain and .FIG. Magnet into your shipment completely free of charge!

I forgot to log into my account. Can I still get the gifts?

Because our backend production queue is fully automated to instantly send data to our manufacturing lines, we cannot manually add free gifts to an order once checkout is complete. Please double-check that you are completely logged into your member account before hitting purchase!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because every item is made-to-order specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size. Please review our size charts carefully before purchasing!

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We stand behind the quality of our gear. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or structural damage, please contact us at Connect@walkinfig.com within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly rush a replacement out to you at zero extra cost!

Sizing & Garment Care

How do your clothes fit?

Our streetwear is designed for a premium, comfortable fit. Some items have a relaxed, boxy cut, while others fit true to size. Exact width and length measurements can be found on our Size Guide page. If you are looking for an oversized streetwear look, we generally recommend sizing up!

How should I wash my apparel to keep the graphics looking fresh?

To protect the print longevity and fabric quality, we highly recommend:

 Washing your apparel inside out in cold water with like colors.

 Tumble drying on low heat or hang-drying for the absolute best care.

 Never iron directly over the graphic prints!
